Device Details
This page shows and allows to modify the information about the selected device.
It has several tabs that focus on particular information:
- Details: device description
- Hardware: hardware configuration
- NIC: Network interface cards installed
- IpAddress: device's network address
- Storage: mass storage systems installed on this device
- Adapter: other adapters card
- Share: shared folder
- Printer: printers configured on the device
- Software: installed software
- Comments: comments about the device.You may add, modify or remove the comments linked to the device
- Attachment: images or files connected to the device. It shows the images tumbnails, if any, and it allows to upload new images or files. Click on the thumbnail to enlarge the image or on the file's icon to show its contents. Supported image: jpg and png.
- Tickets: shows the ticket history of the device
Each page has two buttons:
